Laboratory Test Study on Pile Jacking Penetration Mechanism Considering Different Diameter and Length Based on Photoelectric Integration Technology

Model tests are carried out on the jacked single piles of different diameters and pile lengths under model in clayey soil, which aims to investigate penetration mechanical mechanism. How accurately test end resistance side during sinking is particularly important. In this paper, a full-section spoke-type pressure sensor, double diaphragm temperature self-compensating fiber Bragg grating (FBG) earth sensor sensitized miniature FBG strain jointly applied driving force, body stress penetration. The results show that load transfer performance will be affected by diameters, axial force capability large diameter depth direction better than small since compacting effect more obvious. unit skin friction increases gradually as increases, larger due lateral extrusion increasing increases. At same depth, two demonstrates “friction fatigue”, also decreases obviously Under conditions test, maximum frictional TP1 about 27.7% higher TP2. static process three cohesive 50% bearing; therefore, there friction, influences bearing length friction.
